Your Mission

As a Accounts Payable you will be responsible for the reception and validation and ensuring the conformity of invoices.

Your Role in a Nutshell

• In charge of the invoices reception confirmation;
• Check the invoice conformity criteria;
• In charge with the full process of document’s compliance for all the stakeholders involved;
• Digitally validation of the documents from fiscal perspective;
• Responsible with the compliance of the vendor’s invoices;
• Involved in the daily production monitor and follow-up;
• Ensure good communication with local unit and internal/external stakeholders;

A little about You

• Ongoing University - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related University;
• Advanced level of English - spoken and written;
• Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
