- University degree

- 2 or more years of sales/training experience with a proven performance.
Presentation Skills & other attributes
You are energetic, friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a passion for sales. You should have excellent presentation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire sales staff.
You should be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to conduct group workshops/sessions. Presentations should include handout materials and be well organized and professional. You should be able to facilitate role playing and other types of discussion and interactive sessions.
Strong knowledge of English language is a requirement; knowledge of German language is desirable, but not indispensable.
The duties of the Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components will be geared toward new hires as well as toward existing sales staff as a group. The Trainer would be a resource for the entire sales staff. The person in question should conduct ongoing training for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced sales techniques. The focus, and measure of success, would be sales staff productivity. Extensive travel is part of the job routine (central and north-west area).
The sales trainer would develop a training program suited to the organization’s goals and challenges.
The program should be continually monitored for effectiveness and suitability to the sales team.
The training program should include skills that will enhance the sales staff productivity.
The sales trainer will act in a professional manner at all times while on the job.
