IT Tool Engineer  
Location: Bucharest 
 
Summary:  
 
              The Network Operation Center provides IT outsourcing and Smart Nos services. These 
services help our customers maintain their network with the best practice and also reduce the 
cost of maintenance and focus on business innovation.  
             Carry out 7x24 surveillance of network operation status and network equipment status, 
collect and handle information generated in the surveillance system to check the possible fault 
status of NEs, and take feasible countermeasures for network events. 
 
Responsibilities:  

 Be responsible for tools maintenance and improvement;
 Maintain end to end tools to support operation run as defined; 
 Ownership of end to end tools from selection, implement to operation;
 Design the tools structure, operation and maintenance plan, policy and template;
 Perform the health check and schedule maintenance of end to end tools;
 Response and handling for incident or problem of end to end operation tools;
 Managing tools partner performance according to contractual obligations. 
 
Requirements:   
 
 3+ years IT operation tools maintenance experience and excellent knowledge;
 Good knowledge understanding of IT architecture and Huawei’s client business situation;
 Above average understanding of the ITO business and process ;
 Independent, proactive and self-motivated;
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language;
 Advanced skills in office productivity tools.
