QUALITY SYSTEM EFFICIENCY COORDINATOR

•Defines, together with plant quality manager and the division, the priorities of quality continuous improvement;
•Builds up, with these priorities, an annual QSE plan, including targets, resources and organization of QSE workshops;
•Provides QSE training and ensures support to the production staff, to ensure QSE standards deployment;
•Carries out QSE workshops and therefore master QSE tools and techniques (among others: 6 basics, Problem Solving Methodology, convergence plan, variability reduction);
•Periodically checks the efficiency of implementation and efficiency of QSE (methodologies implementation, results trend, workshops efficiency);
•Provides support to the program quality coordinator and launch manager to be sure that QSE concepts are taken into account in new programs;
•Works closely with other networks (HSE, EE, PSE) and measures the impact of QSE actions in their fields;
•Collects, consolidates and reports QSE performances of the plant;
•Identifies and implements the best practices;
•Participates to division QSE network meeting.
