    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Commercial flair:

    You play your part in maintaining Model Store standards in whichever function you work;
    You see the availability of stock as important and support the team in ensuring the stock is there for the customers;
    You know all about the Brand and the store, e.g. all new lines and when ‘must have’ items are back in stock;
    You work with your Team Leader to deliver the standards required within the stockrooms in store;
    You recognise tasks that need to be completed throughout the day without compromising on service;
    You know the product within your stockroom area and utilise this knowledge to aid customers.

    You see service as your number one KPI and understand how internal service links to giving great customer service;
    You support the store and play your part in driving department, store or business initiatives.

    You have a good understanding of delivery acceptance and adhere to the controls in place;
    You are aware of the current stock loss result and can talk confidently through the store actions;
    You are department specialists within your area of stockrooms and utilise this knowledge to support your customer;
    You support all areas of the store to achieve the desired results;
    You are involved within the audit / stock take processes within the stockrooms;
    You are involved within the stationary delivery processes within the Store;
    You personally deliver the best possible customer service in line with the Service Strategy;
    You communicate any Health and Safety risks to a Manager keeping the customer and staff safety in mind;
    You are able to learn and adapt to adhoc procedures implemented.
