    Requirements

    Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and French language required
    1-4 years of experience in a similar position
    Preferably bachelor’s degree in communications, management, marketing
    Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
    Ability to manage large amounts of information

    Responsibilities

    As the Partner First Advisor you would oversee all partner-facing activities related to onboarding, renewal and upgrades for resellers in French-speaking environment. You will use your coordination skills to ensure the best experience for both internal and external parties involved.

    Responsibilities:

    Executing the onboarding of resellers interested in joining the HP Partner First Program
    Following up on every step of the process and making sure that they are completed within agreed turnaround time
    Maintain up to date onboarding status in the Partner First End to End Tracker
    Escalate as appropriate the cases where turnaround time is exceeded
    Offer consultancy on all aspects of the onboarding process to internal and external stakeholders
    Correct implementation of the process for the countries/clusters in his/her portfolio
    Holding adequate knowledge of the tools and systems the team works with
    Delivering trainings on the process to resellers and internal users/new colleagues
    Is responsible of the accuracy of the partner profile in the HP database
    Is responsible for regular cleanups of the HP database
    Needs to make sure that the updates implemented by the profiling team are accurate
    Proactively address to stakeholders the situations with exceeded turnaround time, proposes and implements actions

    Collaboration:

    The Partner First Specialist constantly interacts with the following roles and teams: contracts, compliance, profiling, learning & certification, pricing, partner communication, partner compensation, marketing development funds, country sales operations teams, sales teams etc
    The communication will be done via email, phone, conference call, SharePoint, as adequate
    The Partner First Specialist is responsible of providing timely and accurate information to all the persons he/she interacts with

    He/she needs appropriately share information with the stakeholders and colleagues
    Respects the standards of business conducts and the internal code of regulations
