HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING



The Intern, Cash Management, is responsible for performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process for the Kellogg organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives, the RTR Cash Management Intern will:

Create the accounting file, daily, in the Treasury Management System (TMS) based on bank statements and uploading to SAP
Process manual payments in banking platforms to finance Kellogg entities for payroll, tax payments, payment run
Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts, ensuring all records are posted in SAP
Ensure all of Kellogg’s European bank accounts are reconciled and all bank items are allocated to the correct area of the financial statements in a timely basis
Provide support for statutory team, internal and external audit
Provide support to Regional Treasury team to different projects

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS



High School Diploma or equivalent and significant experience in a related field required
Language Skills: English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel (Required); Experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Access (Preferred)
