    Requirements

    • Passion for content writing, curiosity, creativity;
    • An inquiring mind with a strong desire to learn;
    • Experience doing research using multiple sources;
    • At least a base level of comfort with design programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop);
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
    • Can manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be flexible and able to think outside the box;
    • Ability to meet deadlines;
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content and proofreading articles before publication;
    • You’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness;
    • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, studies, internal documentation);
    • Write clear marketing materials to promote our products/services;
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using our Content Management Systems (training provided);
    • Proofread and edit articles before publication;
    • Submit work to managers for input and approval;
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles;
    • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic;
    • Promote content on social media;
    • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics;
    • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone);
    • Update website content as needed.
