Itinerary Check Executive - Part time schedule

    Key Activities:

    • Checks the assignment of the itineraries according to the directions of the manager and selects the itineraries to deal with during the day
    • Checks the feasibility of itineraries before arriving in Europe according to internal procedures
    • Reads and processes incoming emails
    • Updates the iticheck report after any action taken
    • Sends monthly statistics for errors and suggestions regarding the itineraries
    • Builds and maintains a good relationship of communication with partners and team by implementing any projects or activities requested by superiors

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • University graduate;
    • Customer oriented attitude;
    • Excellent communication and organisational skill;
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines;
    • Detail oriented person;
    • Strong problem solving skills;
    • English and Japanese language - advanced level;
    • Good working knowledge MS Office.
