MARKETING ASSISTANT
WORK FROM HOME FOR OUR IASI OFFICE


Experience working with customers from English-speaking countries required. Customer Service representative will work remotely with a team in Bucharest to provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in the USA by phone, chat and email. Ideal candidate will have minimum experience of 3 years, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be conscientious, proactive, courteous and patient. Experience with Amazon a big plus!

Very good Word and Excel proficiency required.
Work hours are from 2 pm - 10 pm for 2 weeks and from 4pm to 12pm, alternating with colleagues to provide coverage of USA business hours.

Requirements:
Experience: minimum of 3 years in customer service;
Good management and leadership skills;
Experience working with MS Office and Customer Management Systems.
Prior experience with Amazon a big plus

Plenty of training will be provided to you, either by coming into our Bucharest office or remotely.
