CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
WORK FROM HOME FOR OUR IASI SATELLITE OFFICE


Experience working with customers from English-speaking countries required. Customer Service representative will work remotely with a team in Bucharest and Iasi to provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in the USA by phone, chat and email. Ideal candidate will have minimum experience of 3 years, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be conscientious, proactive, courteous and patient.

Very good Word and Excel proficiency required.

Work hours are from 2 pm - 10 pm working with the Marketing Manager in Iasi to provide coverage of USA business hours.

Prior experience working with/for Amazon would be a huge plus as they are one of our key accounts.

Requirements:
Experience: minimum of 3 years in customer service;
Good management and leadership skills;
Experience working with MS Office and Customer Management Systems.

You will be interviewed via Skype by the USA Human Resource Manager then by the Marketing Manager in Iasi.
