    The Michelin Group started its industrial activity in Romania in August 2001, investing more than 400 million euros over the years in plant modernization.     English and French at a good level
    Bachelor degree
    Similar experience would be a plus


    Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing ISTA requests France in relation with the mobility coordinators of each country (RMI) by centralizing all the mandatory and legal administrative documents before the arrival of employees and after their departure

    Accompany the RMI country of origin with the formalities

    Check the conformity of the documents supplied

    Follow up on files and relaunch requests for missing documents with countries / employees if necessar

    Prepare different reports (bi-monthly / monthly)

    Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing ISTA requests France:

    Preparation of the paper and digital file (on shared disk) according to the checklists (business, training, actual work)

    Centralize documents:
    Declaration to the Labor Inspectorate
    appointment of the representative
    training agreement
    medical examination
    A1 release certificate
    attendance record
    pay slip
    employment contract
    copy of the passport

    Follow up on files and relaunch requests for missing documents with countries / employees if necessary

    Establishment of the files for the DIRECCTE (Regional Direction of the Companies of Competition, Consumption, Labor and Employment)
