    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.


    The role is for a person interested to build a career in the reporting area, who knows excel reasonably well and is willing to improve it very fast, build analytical skills on a hot topic like workforce managenment. The ideal candidate is expected to be careful with details, focused to deliver correct data, sharp to understand complex, abstract data concepts but is not intimidated by repetitive tasks. Academy of Ecomomic Studies graduates are preferred, but anyone with the right profile and mind-set is accepted.

    (*)Student in the last year or Graduate; preferred specialization: Economy/ Finance/ Accounting
    (*)English: Advanced
    (*) Very good MS Office skills - MANDATORY advanced Excel knowledge

    (*) Prepare standard reports, charts etc. for reporting various information valuable to very high level IBM management
    (*) Ensure the coherence of data across the reporting process
    (*) Assist in compiling Information regarding the European resources workforce
    (*) Track key data and company trends and associated implications
    (*) Assist and offer support concerning the provided input
    (*) Analyze the information provided and produce weekly and monthly reports/decks
    (*) Support Management with monthly reporting requests
    (*) Attend Meetings and Conference Calls
