    • Program part-time 6h: 09:00-15:30, 08:00-14:30
    • Minim studii medii finalizate;
    • Experienta in Suport vanzari / Backoffice / Procesare comenzi / Vanzari call center reprezinta un avantaj;
    • Atentie la detalii;
    • Abilitati excelente de comunicare, ascultare, orientare catre client;
    • Competente excelente de negociere in vanzare si o buna atentie la detalii;
    • Abilitatea de a empatiza cu clientii;
    • Bune abilitati de operare pe calculator si data entry;
    • Multi-tasking;
    • Capacitatea de a identifica si evalua nevoile clientilor;
    • Capacitatea de a oferi informatii complete, valide si corecte care clienti.


    • Monitorizarea vanzarilor in vederea atingerii strategiei de business a companiei;
    • Procesare comenzi cu atentie la detalii si acuratete;
    • Construirea unei relatii bune cu clientii;
    • Oferirea de informatii valide, corecte si complete catre clienti prin folosirea metodelor potrivite;
    • Preluarea cerintelor clientilor si oferirea de solutii si alternative in timpul alocat; efectuarea de follow-up pentru a se asigura rezolvarea situatiilor;
    • Indeplinirea targetului individual si de echipa, atat de vanzari cat si de apeluri;
    • Urmarirea procedurilor si politicilor companiei;
    • Mentinerea comunicarii cu clientii si raportarea problemelor aparute;
    • Inregistrarea interactiunilor cu clientii si a detaliilor interactiunilor.
