We are sales people! We are connecting top talent with top employers, constantly selling our recruitment services to employers and attracting passive candidates for them. With every successful candidate we generate revenue, out of which you will get a direct percentage as a commission. Therefore, you will increase you base salary as much as your hard work allows it, building salaries comparable with the ones in London or Zurich.

NonStop Consulting is the youngest sister of NonStop Recruitment – is one of the ambitious projects we have started in the beginning of 2019 and the target is to build a team of 150 headhunters in the next couple of years.
