Warehouse Manager

Talentor Romania is the local branch of an international Human Resource solution provider and it's currently recruiting for the following role.

Previous working experience as a Warehouse Manager. Experience in Distribution is a plus;
Experience implementing and operating specific warehouse applications as WMS, OMS, TMS etc;
Experience developing, implementing and sustaining warehousing processes;
Developing Budget and Inventory Control;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Detail oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation abilities;
Team player;
Good time-management skills;
Ability to identify issues and develop comprehensive action plans for resolution;
Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Propose plan and implement the warehousing strategy;
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Store’s team ;
Determine key warehouse KPIs and achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
Suggest solutions for process improvements;
Build and maintain good relationships with partners;
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating in accordance with established standards for quality, safety, efficiency, inventory control, material handling and reporting;
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement;
Ensure alignment with company’s guiding principles and behaviours.
