Area Supply Chain Coordinator

Talentor Romania is the local branch of an international Human Resource solution provider and it's currently recruiting for the following role.

Proven experience as logistics coordinator and well-versed in supply management principles and practices;
Experience in customer service will be appreciated;
Experience developing, implementing and sustaining processes;
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP, WMS, OMS,TMS etc);
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Detail oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation abilities;
Great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach;
Team player;
Good time-management skills.

Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations in a specific area;
Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively;
Ensuring coaching and training for the distribution staff in accordance with established standards for quality, safety, efficiency, inventory control, material handling and reporting;
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Store’s team;
Propose key supply chain KPIs;
Utilizing logistics IT to optimize storage space in the distribution warehouse, shipping and transport procedures;
Suggest solutions for process improvements;
Build and maintain good relationships with partners;
Ensure alignment with company’s guiding principles and behaviours.
