Completed vocational training in the IT sector, preferably as IT specialist system integration, IT system clerk or cross-entrant with many years of ICT practical experience
Graduation in business administration or business informatics at a technical college or higher technical school is an advantage
Experience in the field of ICT service desk, ICT knowledge in the ERP environment (ideally with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365) as well as good knowledge of the business processes in an industrial company
Analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as independent action and strong networked thinking
Confident personality with intercultural skills as well as ability to communicate, enthusiasm and conflict

First-level support, Troubleshooting and administrative Tasks of the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) ERP Application
Disruption assumption, Error Analysis, Problem Solving and Support with key Users of the relevant Business Units (on-site as well as via Telephone, E-Mail and remote)
Cooperation/Interface with the ICT Change in Switzerland area as well as forwarding more complex tickets
Responsible for the technical on boarding or Off-boarding, Management and Maintenance of employee Accounts and their required Rights within the ERP Application
Advising and Advising Employees on all technical Enquiries
Assisting key Users of the various Departments in Developing Specifications and Recommendations
Testing and Sharing the Solutions developed with key users in the relevant Areas of expertise
Support For key and End Users
Printer-and Label Management
Process application and Process Accompaniment with the Business
Support and advice to employees on all technical enquiries
Help key users from different disciplines to develop specifications and recommendations
Testing and releasing the solutions developed with key users in the relevant areas of expertise
Upgrade the worldwide D365 Knowledgebase
