    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years experiences on a similar role – preferably remote HR Support;
    • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems based on data, judgement and precedent;
    • Good in communication skills, strong customer focus and handling sensitive data;
    • Supports upskilling of more junior team members;
    • Subject Matter Expert in HR Processes and Policies;
    • Subject Matter Expert in HR Data, reporting & analytics;
    • Drives efficiency within the team as well as in interactions with other stakeholders;
    • Knowledge of and experience in WorkDay and HR Case Management tools;
    • Very good knowledge of English language;
    • Additional language knowledge is an advantage (French, German, Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Hebrew).

    Responsibilities

    As a member of the HR Enablement Services Centre, deliverables are to carry out administrative HR related requests from employees, line managers and internal HR in multiple countries as part of HR Tier 2 team in line with built-in SLAs such as, but are not limited to:

    • Supporting the delivery of high quality operational services in compliance with the agreed processes and policies;
    • Updating and maintenance of employee files and records with management over all HR related documents;
    • Managing new joiners and leavers’ processes, including timely reporting to local authorities, documentations, system administration;
    • Manage Employee lifecycle queries: disciplinary and performance paperwork, benefits information and administration, visa support, vacation administration, global mobility paperwork;
    • Coordinate payroll process, payroll input, working together with internal and external contributors;
    • Acting as an HR Systems specialist, performing all employee related changes, maintaining an accurate data trail and running required headcount and ad-hoc reports;
    • Manage the administration of HR related procurement process and invoice management;
    • Aim to constantly improve HR service delivery with excellent customer service by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvements;

    • Have a good understanding of HR systems (especially Work Day), data, processes and policies;
    • Log and manage cases in HR Case Management system;
    • Work with HR Associates, COE and HR BP teams in multiple locations to support complex HR queries;
    • Support continuous process/system improvements and drive enhancement of self service offerings/adoption working with the relevant teams to implement quick wins;
    • Review and update HR Knowledge Base with up-to-date information on processes, policies, Operating Procedures. FAQs etc;
    • Work with HR SSC Manager for escalations.
