    Requirements


    - Fluency in French;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Office);
    - Relevant written communication skills;
    - Problem solving and analysis skills.

    Responsibilities

    - Ability to learn main business processes;
    - Flexible approach;
    - Use of SAP environment or other tools (via internet, trouble ticketing).
