Profile of the ideal candidate:

- Positive attitude and the ability to inspire others
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications
- Excellent customer and communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including: communication, negotiation and team work
- Fluent oral and written English

On this role, you will:

- Organize and conduct Learning & Development programs in Bucharest
- Hold meetings and presentations on learning materials
- Meet with Managers and Supervisors to ascertain needs
- Communicate new Learning & Development solutions from the Global L&D Team
- Modify Learning & Development programs
- Create Learning & Development programs
- Lead Global L&D programs
