About you:

You are a hands-on, vibrant, enthusiastic and articulate team leader with a development background. Possessing a passion for building peak performance teams that will deliver practical solutions for our customers. Operating in a fast-paced role, you are a self-starter, possessing strong interpersonal & communication skills and have a tenacious problem-solving mentality. A willingness and ability to both lead a team and remain hands-on in a development role; you must have a flexible and hardworking attitude with a determination to deliver projects on time; whilst maintaining a focus on a client’s requirements and quality.

You are comfortable analysing customer requirements, designing solutions and leading your team to build, test, document and deliver high performance software. You can also engage with customers on user acceptance testing and provide on-going high-level technical support.

Day-to-day, you will:

Lead, mentor and develop your team of junior development services consultants.
Review customer requirements and propose suitable, practical solutions
Create and review specifications and provide estimates to deliver the solution
Plan and deliver the work through your team
Take responsibility for solution quality and on time delivery
Develop custom reports and import/exports for our customers using Transact SQL and our report designers
Develop custom logic using Transact SQL utilising plug-in points in the application to customise application behaviour
Build solutions using our in-house Web front end development platform called WorkFlow Forms
Build custom solutions using .Net C#
As a well-rounded Development Services Team Leader, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

Previously having led a team to deliver software solutions
Experience of mentoring and nurturing graduate developers
Relational database development experience
Excellent SQL Server and Transact SQL skills
Experience of creating customer facing documentation
Knowledge of #.Net
