    - Previous relevant experience in recruitment (at least 6 months – 1 year)

    - Advanced analysis and synthesis skills;

    Responsibilities

    Managing full recruitment processes including:
    - Developing a good understanding of client’s industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
    - Understanding and being able to match profiles ( generally technical profiles) with our client’s needs.
    - Active searching for candidates through multiple channels
    - Cold contacting candidates and being able to offer them relevant information
    - Scheduling and conducting interviews for the projects assigned.
    - Maintain a close, professional relationship with our clients and keep track of any candidate involved in the recruitment process.
    - Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
