    Good level of French and English
    University degree
    Previous experience would be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    Missions:

    For supervision on ISTA based in France:
    • Support for the countries of origin that send employees traveling less than 183 days in France.
    • Carry out the administrative formalities that France has as a country of origin.
    • Ensure compliance with the processes and rules established by the Group for employees on international mobility (ISTA).

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing ISTA requests France (all countries of the Group) in relation with the mobility coordinators of each country (RMI) by centralizing all the mandatory and legal administrative documents before the arrival of employees and after their departure
    • Accompany the RMI country of origin with the formalities
    • Check the conformity of the documents supplied
    • Follow up on files and relaunch requests for missing documents with countries / employees if necessary
    • Prepare the declarations to the URSSAF (via the service provider) for the employees of the countries without bilateral agreements of social security as well as all the work of end of month
    • Prepare different reports (bi-monthly / monthly)
