    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

     Experience in supervising teams is desired;
     Bachelor Degree from a Public system University;
     Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools;
     High numerical ability;
     High attention to detail;
     Well organized and analytical personality;
     Computer literate;
     Fluent in English, written and spoken;
     Analytical mindset;
     Tons of INTEGRITY;
     Team player;
     Punctuality.

    Responsibilities

     Primarily to support trading floor with their queries and make the operations work smoothly;
     One of the main purpose of the role is supervising and monitoring daily activity on the assigned shift;
     Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate risk and escalate, to other competent departments, if needed;
     Escalation of technical issues to involved stakeholders;
     Sports events monitoring.
