Qualifications

• Commercial high school (university / college / BA) or equivalent business education;
• Good command of the MS Office package (especially Excel and Outlook);
• Analytical, proactive, customer oriented, good team spirit;
• Independent, reliable and structured;
• Fluently spoken and written of English.

Job Description

• Monthly collection and centralization of the key performance indicators from all functions;
• Perform data check and quality, request explanations and commentary;
• Document process changes, update working instructions;
• Ensure good communication with parties involved in the performance management process;
• Other tasks required by the superior manager.
