    Cerinte

    The ideal candidate has a University degree and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position

    Very good PC knowledge (MS Office, Windows)
    Fluency in English
    Knowledge of SAP R/3 (Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules)
    Excellent organizational and control skills

    Responsabilitati

    The role is in the Sales Administration & Logistics Department, reporting to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for the following activities

    To ensure the on-time and accurate order processing from order receipt to invoicing
    Enters approved customer orders in SAP, creates delivery lists and sends them to the warehouse
    Issues and sends the order confirmation, the delivery lists and the invoice to the customers
    Maintains the relationship with the customers (answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, lead times)
    Support the Area Sales with accurate info about the order processing status, stock availability
    Assists in identifying stock differences and in stock reconciliation
    Participates at periodical stock counts
    Is responsible of processing return orders according to the company policy
    Maintains contact with the 3PL in order to solve any issues related to the deliveries
    Collaborates with the Credit Control and Technical Department
