    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - University (Bachelor or Master) degree
    - Preferably minimum 1 year experience in SSC / BPO / Call center environment or minimum 1 year in HR department, or HR projects administration
    - Collaborative approach
    - Attention to details, adaptability, resilience and genuine team spirit
    - Very good English language skills
    - German language – B1/B2 level
    - MS Office package medium to advanced level is required
    - SAP is an asset

    Responsabilitati

    - Manage the application for A1 certificates for abroad business travels
    - Manage the Posted Employees Registration
    - Create and maintain process and training documentation
    - Build and maintain partnership reports with stakeholders: travelers, local authorities/institutions, local HR departments, implementation team
    - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders via email/phone/ticketing system
    - Offer support and actively engage in change management
    - Participate in continuous improvement sessions for process optimization
    - Escalate, if needed, following appropriate escalation schemes
    - Deliver reports, analysis requested by the direct manager on the performed activities
    - Active involvement in system testing before process implementation and after for updates and maintenance
    - Maintain specific administrative reports
