Business Data Protect Lead (Banking)

Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer science or equivalent
Relevant professional experience of minimum 5 years with previous exposure to analytical/data related projects
Previous experience in overseeing/coordinating Data Warehouse/BI Solutions implementation
Strong knowledge of banking & finance fundamentals, retail/commercial banking products, and back/middle & front office operations
Business Project Management related experience, with solid exposure to analytical projects with particular focus on Banking Industry
Solutions oriented, solid verbal and written communication skills, structured, fast learner, experience in driving cross divisional business initiatives and projects

Responsible for the overall Enterprise Information Management project delivery management including analysis, design, development, testing and roll-out into production environment, in order to ensure that Business requirements are fully implemented, according to business needs
Review and analyze requests to validate scope, assess any potential conflicts and overlapping and ensures it has all the information required for estimation. Involved in classification of business requests based on effort estimation (man-days, impact OPEX/CAPEX, external costs, etc.) and development complexity assessment
Coordinate the involved teams, Data Office and Business Units involved in the project, by ensuring project planning, alignment of requirements, proper understanding of deliverables and correspondent progress
Actively involved in defining project delivery coordinates and business expectations, track the progress and quality of the work performed, including: progress monitoring reports of requirements execution, risks and potential issue logs, performance and service level monitoring enablers, etc. in line with the Bank approach
Perform delivery quality assurance, especially during User Acceptance Testing, by tracking status of Test execution and defects resolution, reports the degree of completion of business requirements and proposes alternative approaches in order to avoid conflicts
Manage interactions with other delivery teams (IT, Group DWH, external parties) and also with the involved business units, manages and keeps expectations according to progress, resolves issues
Perform internal training and knowledge transfer in regards to working methodology (incl. Tools or templates) within the Project Team, act as a consulting point for pending or unclear issues
Raise awareness and deliver content to the Management stakeholders and Business users on Project execution topics and performs end-user training, when necessary
