    Mandatory experience
    • 2+ years in international road transport coordination
    • excellent knowledge of international transport legislation

    Personal characteristics should include: responsibility, loyalty, determination, adaptability, self-positive, “can do” attitude;
    Abilities should include multitasking, promptness, optimal structural mentality, efficient and proactive communication;
    Excellent operating in MS Office, especially Excel;
    Fluent level of English, both verbally and written; Russian would be a plus, but not mandatory.


    Job Summary
    Coordination of road transports in order to maintain optimal operational flow for clients / beneficiaries;
    Development and consolidation of excellent business relationship with local agents and service partners;
    Consolidation and development of clients’ portfolio.

    Daily filling in of complete details related to ongoing transports (warehouse date of release / date of loading, delivery date etc.) in internal files / working systems accurately and responsibly;
    Excellent knowledge and efficient implementation of national and international transports terms and conditions in compliance with legal provisions related to customs legislation;
    Planning of deliveries to final destinations in order to achieve optimal related costs and times;
    Identification of optimal delivery solutions by allocating the suitable vehicles in order to meet the characteristics of delivered goods; maintain constant communication of chosen solutions towards colleagues / clients, as well as of related documentation to subcontractors (road transporters / custom agents / warehousing providers etc.);
    Drafting and further receiving of confirmation related to all order respective to organized transports, using all relevant internal standard forms and checking compliance with loading / unloading dates mentioned in related documentation, by constantly checking status of subcontracted vehicles;
    Checking of invoices received from service providers in order to correlate them with transport orders and furthermore, to introduce them in internal working system and handing over to financial department;
    Inform constantly and proactively all involved parties related to any operations/ situations that are impacting respective transport;
    Checking of goods in order to ensure their release to the beneficiary by issuing a “Release order” from the system, based on proof of payment of related invoices (except when a different agreement was settled by contract / order) and receiving of original transport documents (bill of lading – if issued in original) by the company or by company subcontractors.
