- absolvent studii superioare industrie alimentara, chimie alimentara sau inginerie mecanica;
- experienta relevanta pe flux de productie respectiv coordonare oameni si echipe (minim 2 ani);
- cunostinte de specialitate (cauzalitati si interdependente in procesul tehnologic);
- capacitate de organizare si coordonare oameni si procese;
- cunostinte de limba engleza si operare PC (Excel) - nivel avansat;
- domiciliul in judetul Prahova.

- coordoneaza intreaga activitate de productie pe durata unui schimb;
- coordoneaza activitatea angajatilor de pe schimbul sau, pentru realizarea planului de productie;
- intocmeste diverse rapoarte specifice activitatii de productie;
- propune solutii de eficientizare proceselor tehnologice;
- se implica in procesul de planificare al productiei.
