Academic Background
Bachelor Degree

Any form of IT background is a plus

Experience
Experience in understanding and analyzing business-driven topics and issues in IT-related and/or finance-related contexts and scenarios

Experience in managing or planning small projects/initiatives or high-level literacy regarding project lifecycle

Good understanding of finance and economics principles

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

Experience in banking environment, preferable in Commercial & Investments area


Work Based Competencies - Essential
Solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Understanding of the importance of execution and constant follow-up on the implementations of the decisions taken

Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities

Medium Knowledge of UML

Medium Knowledge of SQL

Basic knowledge of Big Data
