    What you need to succeed:

    • Minimum 5 years related experience, in Sales roles, for a technology/ITC company;
    • Very good knowledge of Business Intelligence, Dashboard and Reporting solutions (such as QlikView, Tableau);
    • Solid knowledge of functional architecture for ERP applications and specific technical awareness;
    • Proven track of generating sales numbers in the last 3 years;
    • Relevant university degree; Master or MBA is a big plus;
    • B2B full sales process understanding;
    • Experience in working with both multinational and local companies;
    • Stable career; at least 2 roles with more than 3 yrs tenure.

    Senior Sales Manager
    The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for delivering effective sales processes, by developing relationships with new clients, up-sell or cross-sell, while maintaining an excellent knowledge on the specific market and product range.

    The Senior Sales Manager:

    • Is responsible for the entire sales/business generation cycle, from lead generation to contract signing;
    • Is responsible for reaching the Sales Goals, in collaboration with Implementation/Delivery BUs;
    • Identifies business opportunities and understands/documents client needs;
    • Allocated segments – Business Intelligence solutions;
    • Generates sales leads and meetings;
    • Pinpoints the client’s needs and addresses them in the most concise way possible;
    • Takes active part in negotiation and contracting;
    • Concludes deals and signs contracts, according to PoA;
    • Provides information and support regarding all TS products, price lists, work estimations etc;
    • Collaborates with implementation teams, during presales and implementation phase;
    • Continuously searches for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing clients;
    • Collaborates with Sales Support team in order to manage commercial documents and CRM processes;
    • Actively participates in Sales, Product meetings.
