    - Experience at least 6 months.
    - English Language;
    - General IT knowledge - hardware and software;
    - Knowing how to deal with software troubleshooting (Ms Office, email), hardware and network problems will be a plus;
    - Keen to learn and keep pace with the latest technologies;
    - Driving license Category B - will be a plus.


    - Installs, maintains the maintenance of the operating systems, equipment and applications in the department's field of activity, according to the existing documentation, procedures and norms;
    - Monitor and ensure the functionality of the IT network;
    - Solves the incidents distributed / reported by clients according to the area of responsibility;
    - Collaborates with colleagues to solve customer requests;
    - Performs activity reports according to the company's regulations.
