    Pregatire in domeniul legislatiei muncii;
    Pregatire specifica in domeniul relatiilor de munca (ideal);
    5 ani experienta in administrarea de personal si calcul salarial;
    Certificat de Inspector de personal;
    Bune abilitati numerice si atentie la detalii si acuratete;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    Bune abilitati de management al timpului, prioritizare si organizare personala;
    Abilitati de analiza;
    Competenta de rezolvare a problemelor, focus pe cautarea de solutii;
    Nivel ridicat de autonomie;
    Cunostinte de operare calculator: Ms Office.


    Efectueaza procedurile necesare administrarii de personal;
    Stabileste detaliile procedurale referitoare la derularea activitatii de salarizare si dezvolta procedura de calcul salarial;
    Gestioneaza procesul de Sanatate & Securitate in Munca si Medicina muncii;
    Este responsabil de dezvoltarea Regulamentului Intern, a Procedurii privind Conflictul de Interese, a Procedurii de adresare a slabei Performanțe, Procedurii Disciplinare și a altor proceduri relevante pentru relatiile de munca;
    Administreaza relatia cu furnizorii de beneficii materiale: beneficii medicale, tichete de masa, etc;
    Construieste rapoarte si analize in urma agregarii informatiilor din departamentul HR;
    Bugeteaza salarii, bonusuri si beneficii materiale.
