    Requirements

    Customer Service - English Speaking

    Experience working with customers from English-speaking countries Customer Service representative will work from their home office to provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in the USA by phone, chat and Ideal candidate will have minimum experience of 3 years, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be conscientious, proactive, courteous and patient.

    Very good Word and Excel proficiency required.

    Work hours are from 2 pm - 10 pm for to provide coverage of USA business hours. We are flexible on work hours if you have other commitments, just let us know.

    Requirements:

    Experience: minimum of 3 years in customer service;

    Experience working with MS Office and Customer Management Systems. Prior experience working with Amazon would be a HUGE plus for consideration.

    Must be able to work independently with minimal direction. We have an office in Iasi and Bucharest but this can be a remote position, working from your home.

    Responsibilities

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    The successful candidate will have:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field required, attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to review self-created work, very good English oral and written communications skills, excellent computer skills, especially Excel, prior experience working with collections, dealing with large accounts in the US & Canada.

    You will first have a phone or Skype interview with the USA Human Resource Manager then the Marketing Manager in Iasi (Skype or in person if possible).
