Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Our client is a multinational company specialized in providing management consulting, technological solutions and outsourcing services for businesses, present in more than 56 countries and with over 440.000 employees worldwide.

­-Strong communication, collaborative and organizational skills;
­-Command of National language and English;
­-Motivation to learn about data protection rules and GDPR.

-Advise and follow up on the compliance action plans;
­-Be the point of contact for Data Subjects (employees, consumers …) and handle requests and claims;
­-Be the point of contact for customers, suppliers and third parties and handle request and claims;
­-Monitor the update of the inventory of data processing activities;
­-Monitor the update of customer and supplier contracts;
­-Ensure that activities are subject to appropriate data protection assessments;
­-Maintain and update requested reporting;
­-Work with the information security team and the Group Data Protection Office to address privacy related incidents;
­-Collaborate with the Group Data Protection Officer in case of request or investigation by a Data Protection Authority;
­-Communicate and train on data protection;
­-Participate in the compliance initiatives launched by the Group Data Protection Office, including roll out of policies and procedures.
