•Bachelor degree - Economics, Technical studies;
•Minimum 1 year of experience- Automotive, Industrial domain;

•Directs all the aspects of the Process Engineering function including process technology development and application;
•Coordinates the trials and the model line concept application in accordance with company development plans and statistical process control procedures, to achieve continuous improvement in quality and productivity;
•Responsible for the management of the technical performance of his process domain;
•Defines the settings for every process and product, following up the performance in daily operations with interventions when indicators are out of control;
•Develops, edits and updates the process documentation;
•Follows-up the long term trends in process performance: out of spec and out of control materials, process indicators and interruptions;
•Sets up action teams when parameters go out of control;
•Leads problem-solving activities/provide support to the quality department for problem-solving activities;
•Defines and executes trials, analyzing and reporting the results;
•Supervises the first production after start-ups and process changes;
•Provides assistance to the production team for defining, maintaining and improving the operational procedures;
•Follows-up scrap and takes action where necessary;
•Responsible for improving the standards in the plant by leading and executing projects to obtain improvements (in domains such as quality, cost, efficiency, flexibility, EHS);
•Provides support to the Quality & Technology manager in connecting the plant to the customers.
