• Design and plan work shift schedules
• Plan, organize and implement staff rotation strategy
• Investigate company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
• Assist in new employee on boarding
• Create and present and submit reports for upper management
• Creates and maintains daily staffing reports
• Cooperates with Team Managers mediating information from staff regarding requesting, approving and scheduling time off for employees and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing requirements
