BI Analyst with GERMAN

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related field required
2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within business intelligence or data analysis
Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including proficiency with tools such as Excel and Access) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases;
Decision making/ complex problem solving- proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; prioritizes key factors; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; complex analysis;
Ability to apply analytical, computer, statistical and quantitative problem-solving skills is required;
Proficiency with quantitative analysis, and databases;
Fluent written and spoken English and German is mandatory.

Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs
Cooperate with our IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades
Monitor analytics and metrics results
Implement new data analysis methodologies
Review customer files to ensure the integrity of data collection and utilization
Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
