• Working closely with Consulting Compensation team to facilitate hand over of tasks and reports and designing integrating new reports for payment calculation
• Understanding internal policies and rules with regards to compensation eligibilities.
• Assist in supporting various EMEA&APAC queries from Consulting VP’s, Senior Directors, Sales Managers and Representatives – including report production and analysis, email or phone queries etc.
• Creating and maintaining a good relationship with other departments involved in commission calculation (Legal, Finance, Operations Services etc.).
• Temporary ad hoc reports for EMEA&APAC Regional business management leaders as required.
*the role offers a 1-year contract, with view to extension
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Uses a variety of compensation reports and tools to determine the eligibility of EMEA&APAC Consulting sales force members. Continuously updating the tools in order to maintain the operational efficiency, consistency, and accuracy of the data. Deals with various queries related to compensation process, payment and eligibility details. Provides business practices and processes.
Serves as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Operations Services, local Business Operations in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, challenge, input, verify, correct, and analyse data and field requests to determine sales representatives and managers eligibility on Consulting projects.
Provides management with business impact and compliance issues surrounding key decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail is critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
