    • Ability to solve arising issues by self, we need someone who was responsible for all process
    • English Advances – spoken and written (ability to meet with partners and keep free and professional discussions)
    • Advanced in excel (minimum Pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
    • Basic understanding of accounting/Financial statements


    • lead payment team - processing payments; self-solving most arising questions and issues
    • Develop and implement procedures for payments processing and treasury
    • Keep control Treasury (internal money transfers, minimum balance keeping, risk minimizations)
    • Reconciliations, balance checking, returns / recovery control and recording.
    • Developing of new solutions for automation and implementing them
    • Finding new correspondent accounts
