Qualification/experience in marketing both online and offline
ca. 1 yr of experience of planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies and programs to meet revenue and lead generation targets, create impactful market positioning, and enable the sales and commercial teams
Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc)
Excellent Interpersonal skills / savvy and culture awareness
Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
With a proactive and innovative approach
Excellent ability to create clear and purposeful written content for multiple formats and audiences
Self-starter with good analytical skills
Open for Travel
Main tasks will cover:
Deliver & implement marketing plans and initiatives to position CHEP as an industry leader (incl. Online-Marketing)
Generate and maintain key market data and insights that enable development of country strategies
Execute country specific marketing and communication activities in support of the Country Leadership Team and Strategy
Ensure that marketing programmes and activities are executed ensuring brand compliance and also coordinated with global initiatives and programs
Oversee in-country industry relations
Drive internal and external communications activities to defined stakeholders
Provide suitable and appropriate marketing and sales materials to the Commercial Teams to assist in their activities
Support customer communications activities, to include: Customer Loyalty Program (NPS) for developing and implementing appropriate action plans to improve Customer Loyalty based on the analysis of results
Administration of budget & supplier coordination
In coordination with central and global teams, implement and manage effective digital strategies including the launch, ongoing management, and search engine optimisation (SEO) of the new chep.com.
Participate and execute European or Global marketing projects from international teams within local countries
Work together with centralised Strategic Marketing functions to ensure local market application and input into the following areas of focus:
Support the capture, synthesis, and analysis of market and competitive intelligence in order to help inform commercial and competitive strategies.
Support lead generation and management across both digital and traditional marketing channels. Help to identify, plan, execute and track/optimise local market campaigns, helping to generate a consistent supply of quality leads in support of revenue targets.
Execute the ongoing management of brand and reputation in a consistent fashion. Help to inform and participate in content, PR and industry engagement strategy development by the regional European team, and oversee the implementation of these strategies within local country markets.
