The ideal candidate:
• At least 6 months experience as a Sourcer;
• Basic IT market knowledge
• Has analytical skills & initiative;
• Is result oriented & has a strong capacity to communicate ideas;
• Has self-confidence and the ability to ask questions;
• Is keen to be involved and to learn about new technologies;
• Has a positive approach & works well within a team.
Role Deion:
• Helping the HR team by sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies using different channels; including generating referrals, connecting with alumni groups, social networks, networking events, and other creative tactics;
• Maintaining contact with potential candidates (via e-mail, phone and LinkedIn), offering feedback on all of the project stages;
• Coordinating with recruiters to determine position requirements;
• Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines;
• Updating recruitment databse;
