Data Analyst for Quality Processes & Standards - TSR

The activities are run within an international team and you will work closely together with quality managers, business analysts, and Subject Matter Experts. The position requires: * Generate transparency regarding Data Quality and Process Issues using the data from different data sources (e.g. for Quality Systems, Project Management Systems and SAP). * Analyze data, create reports (e.g. global PPAP status), interpret and communicate results. * Make recommendations for improvement actions. * Provide user support e.g. process and tool related questions, organization of training, maintain portals and SharePoint up-to-date. * Foster the continuous improvement of processes based on data analysis * Collaboration with IT-Departments, Plant, R&D, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts in project teams

Qualification: * Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering Science or equivalent * Several years experience in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management or Research and Development are appreciated Required Knowledge * Big Data Analytics (preferred with R-Studio, Python, PowerBI, Knime, SAP, Macros for Excel) * Advanced statistics knowledge * AGILE Methods and Tools Skills: * Analytics skills, critical thinking * Ability to recognize and exploit relationships between business processes and data in order to create added value for our (internal) customers * Process orientation, process adherence controlling, system thinking * Highly motivated, good communication skills with the ability to work independently while being a team player Language: * Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
