    You will be responsible:
    » Management, reporting, monitoring, staging and updating, database of relevant documents for ongoing projects (e.g sales contracts for new vehicles and used from trucks and bus divisions, supply contracts, public tender contracts, network partners contracts)
    » Scanning, archiving (paper and online) documents relevant to ongoing projects
    » Management and monitoring performance tasks according to deadlines, in ongoing projects
    » Drafting and managing correspondence in relation to ongoing projects
