Suntem este cel mai mare producător de bere din România, cu un portofoliu de mărci puternice, cu care ne mândrim și pe care le iubesc milioane de români. • You have a proven record of interest in HR (nice-to-have: previous experience in students organizations or internships in the HR department);
• Student or fresh graduate of Psychology/Business Administration/Human Resources field;
• Advanced English (subtitles are off while you watch your favorite TV show! )
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (If they are not your best friends yet, they will surely become!)
• Planning & Organizing Wizard;
• Curious personality, fast-learner and strong communicator;

• You will work closely together with our HR business partners, Organizational Development team, as well as Reward & HR Operations team, in order to get a bird’s eye perspective on HR;
• You will research and implement projects in the HR field;
• You will support the HR team in different day-to-day administrative matters;
• You will have a chance to participate in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring;
• You will assist with reporting and elaborating presentations on HR-related projects;

Please note that this is a paid, full-time opportunity for a determined period of 6 months (June - November).
