    VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

    Cerinte

    We are now looking a Local Administrator for one of our client, to perform specifically identified administrative activities in the local legal entity.  The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes. This service is provided when the functional area owner has no or insufficient local representation. All is done to gain optimal cross-functional efficiency.

     Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge (only where required in daily work);

    Key Qualifications: 
     Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience;
     Several years of administrative experience, in particular is preferred in invoice receipt, account payable services, vendors management;
     Writing and reporting, working with people, delivering results and meeting customer expectations,planning and organizing, creating and innovating;
     Proven skills in a service oriented environment;
     Microsoft Tools, in particular: Excel, Outlook, Word;
     SAP experience is a value added.

    Responsabilitati

     Perform local activities related to payments and taxes;
     Perform local administrative activities related to invoices;
     Perform local administrative activities related to records retention;
     Drive and improve operational performance;
     Coordination for Local Administration Services.
