Required:

•Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
•Proven and demonstrative knowledge Adobe Creative Suite – mandatory:
•Photoshop;
•Illustrator;
•InDesign
•Proven and demonstrative knowledge of Microsoft Office :
•PowerPoint – mandatory
•Word
•Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field;
•Highly organized and self-motivated;
•Must be able to work methodically;
•Capable of meeting tight deadlines and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
•Attention to detail;
•Good English, both written and verbal;
•Experience in motion design and animation platforms;
•Experience in video editing softwares (desired);
•Experience in using Premiere Pro and After Effects;
•Worked before in bigger teams and/or coordinated people.

Job Purpose:

As part of a growing department that drives and services all brand visual output, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our design department.
With the guidance of the Design Manager in Bucharest, the role will involve collaborating on, and developing a wide variety of customer-facing B2B content; in both the digital marketing and traditional print disciplines to support our many global marketing campaigns and events.
You should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques and your portfolio will need to demonstrate it.
Your role is to ensure promotion of our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a recognised design qualification with at least 5 years’ experience working within a design team environment. Applicants should also be willing to travel.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

•Collaborative working with the creative team on marketing and business projects;
•Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met;
•Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery;
•Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services/events;
•Increase user friendliness in digital products;
•Brainstorming and creative concepts;
•Maintain brand consistency throughout all our company materials and projects;
•Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality;
•Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools;
•Maintaining and updating existing content;
•Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines;
•Design support for Website and Social Media (Banners, Infographics);
•Design support for Events (Stands, posters, pull-up banners, marketing collateral);
•Preparing and branding PowerPoint presentations for Sales and Marketing;
•Other ad hoc tasks as may be necessary to help support the overall team strategy ;
