HR Business Partner

Requirements:

University studies;
Work experience in the field of 1-2 years;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical thinking;
Labor laws knowledge;
English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a partner and consultant in the process of designing and implementing changes in organization, performance management programs for key employees, reward and benefit programs for employees;
Collaborates with managers to create, design and implement local policies in line with Global Policies;
Ensures that the implementation of global and local HR programs is realized considering both the priorities of each department and the legal requirements in force;
Collaborates with other Human Resources functions (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Global Services) to offer employees an integrated portfolio of HR solutions;
Acts as an interface between the interests of managers, employees and government agencies, or other external representatives in the negotiation and consultation process;
Supports local implementation of regional/global programs.
